United States Cancels Travel Permits of 6 Foreigners Over Online Remarks About Charlie Kirk

The State Department declared on Tuesday that it had withdrawn the entry permits of six foreign nationals due to social media remarks regarding the murder of right-wing figure Charlie Kirk.

"The US has zero requirement to accommodate foreigners who celebrate violence on Americans," announced the State Department in an official communication. "We continues to locate permit holders who praised the heinous killing of Charlie Kirk."

Cases of Entry Permit Revocations

The agency then provided six "cases of foreign nationals who are prohibited in the US" in a chain on the social media platform.

The thread featured screenshots and comments from people identified as international visitors from Argentina, Brazilian, Germany, Mexico, Paraguay and South African.

Identities Somewhat Uncovered

None of the persons was identified by full identity, but the screenshots made it possible to identify the information of two individuals, one of them an individual who had been targeted for harassment by right-wing users on the platform.
